I provide the tools, inspiration, and methodology for setting up sustainable systems for personal success. I am there for you as a source of support, encouragement, perspective, clarity, and focus.

I entered the coaching field a few years ago with the desire to help others accomplish what I have done in my own life. After spending 20 largely unfulfilling years in the television industry as an Assistant Director, I found I could no longer ignore the feeling that “there was something more out there” for me to do; something that would move me out of the resignation into which I had fallen and return me to the state of passion, excitement, and aliveness I had known and forgotten. Being a “personal growth junkie”, a voracious learner and reader, and a natural problem solver and communicator, the more I learned about coaching the more certain I became that I was meant to be a part of it. I have since developed the skills necessary to assist my clients in transitioning from one career to another, clarifying their vision, more effectively structuring their time, developing a business plan, and attracting their ideal clients, customers, and life partners.

In addition to my innate energy and enthusiasm, I have extensive training in a variety of approaches to personal and spiritual development. I also seem to have an intuitive ability to connect "the dots" in ways which open my clients to fresh perspectives about themselves and the opportunities available to them.
